The HEASARC is running nominally. If you are trying to download a lot of data, please consider using the AWS cloud copy of most HEASARC data. As an alternative to locally installing HEASoft, SciServer is an online platform which has the software installed and data available when you login.
HEASARC
NASA's designated multi-mission astronomy archive for cosmic astronomy datasets for observations in the extreme ultraviolet (EUV), X-ray, and gamma-ray wave bands, as well as for cosmic microwave background (CMB) datasets.LAMBDA
LAMBDA is a multi-mission NASA center of expertise for cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation research; it provides CMB researchers with archive data from cosmology missions, software tools, and links to other sites of interest. Please wait for the query to run. Cloud & Platforms
HEASARC@SciServer is an analysis-ready platform where both data and software are available through the browser.
The HEASARC is also part of the NASA Fornax Initiative to build NASA's next generation cloud-based science platform.
HEASARC data are available in the cloud and on SciServer. -
Software
- HEASoft 6.35.1 is now available.
- HEASoft and XSPEC are available as conda packages.
- HEASoft and other high energy software (CAIO, XMM-SAS, Fermitools, Spex etc) are installed and available on SciServer.
